I recently was able to schedule an appointment to have an existing permanent retainer repaired/replaced and was quoted a reasonable price with luckily some suddenly-opened availability shortly before my holiday travels. After arriving, the staff was friendly and the environment clean - the team took me back and got me set up as a first time patient. After getting set up Dr. Zammitti was able to see me, where I was then told that the office in fact does not work on permanent wire retainers, and would not re-glue or replace my existing retainer - which I was told on the phone as something they would be able to do. The team offered to get me set up on a full invisalign treatment and plan - not something I was looking to work through or potentially pay for. I just needed a wire re-glued. This left me in an annoying and uncomfortable bind, with me now needing to search for another area orthodontist with short-term availability who would be able to see me and repair or replace my permanent retainer before some imminent holiday travel. Being mislead into thinking I could be squared away before my travel and not have to worry about a loose wire in my mouth, being mislead about the service

I had such an amazing experience yesterday that I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Coco assisted me during my visit, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her positive energy and friendly personality truly lit up the room. She was not only welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable, which instantly put me at ease about my teeth. I genuinely felt comfortable and well cared for. A huge shoutout to Dr. Zammitti as well, talking with him gave me total confidence that I was in great hands. Thank you all so much!

My 10 yr old son is a patient and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dr. Gidaly communicates with kids well and helped us with the apprehension of the process. He was able to put my son’s concerns to rest and explained what all to expect. His staff is all wonderful too! I highly recommend Dr. Gidaly and his office.

I’m currently a client here & I’ve never had any issues. I’ve recently told my mom about this orthodontist due to my sister needing a better one! Absolutely LOVE my orthodontist & staff especially Coco she’s very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely answered all the questions my family had. I also appreciated all the jokes to help get rid of the nerves my sister had as she’s now a new client herself.Coco also took the time to get to know my sister and my mom which felt more like family rather than just a client. My sister had her 1st consult and she and my mom left feeling confident and happy about her new orthodontist. Dr. Zimmitti is the absolute BEST at keeping you updated and making sure his clients understand what’s going on and what needs to be done. Every time I go for a monthly visit everyone is so pleasant. Thank you to the entire team I really appreciate you, and thank you for my beautiful smile.
